Autobiography Sensei Tevin Lindon Greenidge I am Tevin Lindon Greenidge AKA Shinobi sensei head of TriniShinobi Budō. T.S Budō is a Kyokushin base martial arts which focuses on the importance of one’s life. I started my martial art journey around the age of 9 after being involved in gymnastics for roughly 2 to 3 years prior. My first venture into the martial art world was at fears Young lions karate and kickboxing school under the watchful eyes of Shihan Medford Charles. At fears Young lions I moved up the rank to 4th kyu where I changed school due to reasons out of my control. My love and interest for the martial arts didn’t end or stop there, soon after I joined elite phantoms martial arts academy under Shidoshi Brandon Joseph. At elite phantoms I attend my 1st Dan and due to the school closing down roughly 2 years after I started Trini Shinobi Budō. At this time I also engage myself with different martial arts associations to build my skills and understanding of the martial arts. I also started Taekwon-dō when I attended 1st Gup. Started Kyokushin karate where attend my 1st Dan in 2020 at the academy of contemporary martial arts under master Andre Maury. I was also invited to join a Martial Arts council within the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, Sanmiittai Kali jutsu Ryu where the head Instructor Shihan Yslatiel Ciuplyte holds a 4th Dan and Diamond system where the head Instructor Shihan Jason Wallen also hold the rand of 4th Dan. Within this organization I was able to assess my 1st Dan in 2021 and attend the rank of 2nd Dan in 2023. As of 2022 TriniShinobi Budō also took part in kickboxing and MMA tournaments in this way to show the true essence of martial arts and not just karate. As of recent 2023 I’m involved in a group with the martial arts instructors of Trinidad and Tobago where we organize seminars and tournaments and meets.
